Six hours built like a good dinner party: something physical, something that teaches you one useful thing about your own body, and a long stretch at the end where nobody is checking their watch. The day opens with a health check and a short talk from a consultant, moves into coached padel and Pilates blocks through the afternoon (mixed-ability, never intimidating), and closes with a long table dinner where we do the introductions properly. Court time, medical wellness, and community — the whole membership compressed into one afternoon.
